Serena Mangano, LPC

Based on my experience, counseling is a (re)discovery of what makes us…us. Often,

the answers are hidden inside, but we need a little help to uncover them, especially at times of difficulties. Through counseling, we can also learn healthy coping skills to make our lives happier, fuller, and more enriching. At present, I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management, Mental Health First Aid USA, Youth Mental Health First Aid USA, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with different age groups in individual, couple, and family sessions,
addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, trauma, family and relationship dynamics, and many more. Serena accepts some commercial insurance through Headway or $75 for cash-pay clients. Available in person or via Zoom.

Janoma Rowin, LPC

Janoma sees children, adults, families, and couples. She has availability both before and after 5 p.m. She accepts Medicaid and some commercial insurance. Self-pay rate is $75 per session.
