Individual Counseling

Daily life can throw some serious curve balls. If you need someone to help you iron out the difficulties in life, you may enjoy individual counseling. Individual counseling is your time to work on the issues that are most important to you. All of our counselors are trained in individual counseling and are exceptionally skilled at helping individuals create the lives they want.

Couples Counseling

Romantic relationships can be complex and, at times, difficult. If you and someone you love are going through a difficult time, our couples and marriage counselors can help you work through the struggle. Our couples counselors specialize in a variety of issues including communication problems, grief and loss, infidelity, and other discord. Whether you are dating, engaged, or married, couples counseling can be an amazing experience to help mend the wounds and get to know your partner on a deeper level.

Family Counseling

Families are dynamic and complex webs of relationships. Problems that arise within a family often have no single origin and no single solution. The family counselors at FCS are trained to tease out the problems and make sense of the intricate relationships that develop within a family. If your family is struggling to get along or get through a particular challenge, family counseling may be just what you need.
