New Mindfulness Group
Tuesdays 6-7 p.m.
No charge. No appointment needed.
Come learn techniques to cope with stress, anxiety and depression.
Group Schedule
Before attending one of our groups, take a moment to read the rules.
1. Each participant must choose one group track and remain with that track for the duration of his or her attendance. For example, if you choose to attend Substance Abuse Level 1 on Monday, you will only receive credit for attending Monday night groups. You are welcome to attend additional groups, but you will only receive credit for your chosen track each week.

2. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers for the duration of the group meeting. If your group leader pauses for break, you are welcome to use your devices during the break, but please silence them again once the group reconvenes.

3. We understand that relapse happens for individuals who are in recovery from substance abuse. However, if you do relapse, please do not attend group under the influence.
​
4. Our groups encourage talking and sharing with one another. Please be respectful of each person’s turn to speak and speak one at a time without interrupting.
Classes and Group Schedule
OPEN Substance Abuse Group- $50
​
This class is 16 one-hour sessions.
Mondays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. JUST SHOW UP EARLY TO REGISTER.

Anger Management Class- $20/session
​
(8 sessions CPS, 12 sessions probation)
Wed. 5:30-6:30 pm

Domestic Violence Class- $20/session

(24 sessions)
Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm

Substance Abuse is a one-time fee of $50
